This floor sequence combines some focused stretching with some abdominal exercises. Some of the moves may feel like a lot so go easy and listen to your body - don't push too hard! It helps to be a little warm before doing this - a light 5-10 minutes of walking should be sufficient. You can be on a yoga mat, a soft rug, or even a relatively firm mattress. You may also want to have a strap of some kind to help with the stretching portion.
