This Cat-Back sequence, in three parts, can be done on hands-and-knees or making use of a chair/stool in order to take the weight out of your knees. Alex takes you through each part, followed by the modified option. A full flow through each version of the sequence can be found at the end of the recording.
To work on your hands and knees, a yoga mat is recommended. If you plan to work with the modification, a stool or a dining chair will be about the right height.
