Alex's all-time favorite sequence - Juergen's Psoas warm-up. In three parts, culminating in finding your way onto your feet, this deep yet subtle series takes place mostly on the floor. The three segments are talked through in detail before the full sequence is presented. Not to be rushed, this meditative sequence is a great way to prepare for your day, or to unwind.

A yoga mat is recommended, with an optional yoga block and strap.
