Enjoy learning from this wonderful practitioner:

Noah Wang is a movement artist and educator from San Francisco, CA, where he received training at the San Francisco Ballet School and Ruth Asawa School of the Arts (SOTA). He holds a BFA in dance from The Juilliard School, where he trained in a variety of dance techniques including ballet and modern. It was also where he first discovered the GYROTONIC™️Expansion System. He was drawn to this movement philosophy for its emphasis on round movements, attention to breath and rhythm, connection between the physical and spiritual self, and accessibility for all moving bodies. In 2022, Noah began his instructor training, and has since been on a mission to empower both professional dancers and movement enthusiasts to find more loving, spacious, and authentic relationships with their bodies. Currently, he is a certified trainer in the GYROTONIC™️ Method and an apprentice trainer in the GYROKINESIS™️ Method. In addition, he has worked professionally with numerous choreographers and companies, including Alonzo King, Benjamin Millepied, Buglisi Dance Theatre, Peridance Contemporary Dance Company, Sleep No More by Punchdrunk NYC, and The Metropolitan Opera.

Monday class is in-person or on Zoom; for home practice, a Zoom link will be shared 30 minutes before class.
